Rick Senat
Rick entered the motion picture industry in 1970 working independently in the U.K. and the U.S. on various films. He joined Warner Bros. in 1976, his most recent position being Senior Vice President, Business Affairs, Europe. Amongst the films with which he has been closely associated are Harry Potter, Greystoke, Batman, Superman and many more. He retired from the company after 25 years in 2002. Since leaving Warner Bros., he co-produced Claude Lelouch’s film, And Now Ladies and Gentlemen with Jeremy Irons, and co-produced a show for the West End Stage, Zipp! with Gyles Brandreth. He has also acted as a consultant to various productions including Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Troy, Alfie, Sahara, Batman Begins, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, Nanny McPhee, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and many others.

From his first exposure in forensic medicine while serving in the U.S. Navy, Dr. Labriola has continued to practice medicine for over 35 years. A Yale graduate and former Chief of Staff at a major teaching hospital, he also served as a state Senator. Dr. Labriola is the author of seven mystery novels and co-author with renowned forensic scientist, Dr. Henry Lee, of three books: Famous Crimes Revisited, Dr. Henry Lee’s Forensic Files and The Budapest Connection. As an author and crime analyst, he lectures extensively on mystery, true crime and forensic science issues and conducts workshops on the elements of the novel with emphasis on mysteries.

Neil is an Associate of the Scott Polar Research Institute, University of Cambridge and a professor of European History and Culture at St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Art, Sculpture and Architecture (The Russian Academy of Art). Formerly, he was a member of the Board of the Finnish Institute, London and Nordic Cultural Foundation Project Leader for Research into the Social and Cultural History of Lapland. He is fluent in Nordic, Finnic, Germanic, Romance and Slavic languages and is the author of many books including A History of Triest.
